BRIEF
Targeting consumers through digital medias outside the
store is key to increasing participation of a promotion as well as ensuring
future loyalty to the retailer. For retailers to understand how digital and
social medias can be utilised within a MasterChef promotional campaign, a
digital toolbox was required to assist sales teams with their pitch.
SOLUTION
The
digital toolbox consisted of a website, email newsletter, smart points app and
social media competitions. Using the brands assets, each application has a
consistent style in which the messaging is clear and the layout is are easy to
navigate, understand and engage the customers to create a positive experience
of the brand and ultimately the retailer.
