CLICS
BRIEF
The brand Clics develops children’s building blocks for
children aged 4+. The brief was to design a two part packaging solution with
racing as the theme. A set of 6 different vehicle bags were required, and a collector’s
tube for accessories to build an F1 car. Communication materials and a website
were also needed to enhance the offering to retailers.
SOLUTION
The
use of the distinctive chequered pattern immediately resonates with the racing
theme. Used together with the road perspective, the product itself is clear and
easy to see whilst also suggestive of a journey that is fun and exciting. The vivid
brand colours are delicately used to create hierarchy and emphasis without over
cluttering the overall design.
